How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner with tracked worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order ships, and we set that expectation clearly at checkout to avoid surprises.
What is your return policy?
30-day no-questions returns on unopened items. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
How do AI wearables handle my data?
It depends on the device — which is exactly why we vet them. Some process AI on-device (audio never leaves the hardware). Others use cloud for transcription or translation. We prefer on-device, and we clearly label each product's data posture so you can choose what you're comfortable with.
What battery life can I realistically expect?
We list tested mixed-use runtime, not best-case spec-sheet numbers. A recorder that claims 24 hours usually means standby; under active recording it's shorter. Each product page states what we measured.
What comes in the box?
Every product page lists exactly what's included. If a device needs a separate accessory (like prescription lenses for glasses), we call that out rather than hiding it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is Stripe-encrypted and we never store your card details on our servers. We support standard payment methods and ship worldwide.
